Maintenance and support for hardware and software is the primary service that we offer our customers. This service becomes especially beneficial when the customer subscribes to our monthly maintenance plan.
Our monthly maintenance plan is built upon preventative actions to keep your systems up and running so that you can spend your time running your business. These actions consist of things such as the review of log files and hardware statistics, applying critical operating system patches and anti-virus updates, and cleaning off orphan files left behind by things such as spy-ware, system processes, and network activity.
Our monthly maintenance plans are tailored to meet your needs based on the number of systems that are covered. Customers who subscribe to our maintenance plans are billed at a reduced hourly rate for any work that falls outside of the maintenance plan.
